Founded by Sinem Şık in 2026, OKTOBER is an independent electrical engineering practice. Its design and consultancy work is guided by an integrated approach that brings together technical rigour, compliance with applicable regulations and standards, interdisciplinary coordination, and buildability.
Sinem Şık
She graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2004.
Since then, she has held a range of responsibilities across electrical design and on-site implementation projects in Türkiye and internationally. Her experience and technical expertise shape OKTOBER’s engineering approach.
